B&D Cars (or Betchworth & Dorking Cars using its full name) is a family run business that was set up in 1981. To this day, we still pride ourselves on providing a safe and reliable service.

Whilst our work is predominantly airport transfer based (where reliability for those early morning pickups is most critical), we also undertake all other aspects of work including frequent trips to cruise terminals in places such as Southampton, Dover and Tilbury and have a wealth of experience of long distance jobs taking people to places like Workington, Chester, Doncaster, Taunton, Penzance and Shrewsbury.
All drivers are licensed by Mole Valley District Council. This process involves regular class 2 medicals, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Serivce (DBS) checks, Safeguarding Training and a local knowledge test to ensure the safety of the public.
In addition to the safety checks carried out by the Council, we can offer added piece of mind thanks to our booking system.
Not only does our booking system enable us to send booking confirmations by text message or email so that you can ensure that all the information is correct and that there was no misunderstanding in what you were after, but it also sends the passenger a message when the driver is on the way with the driver's contact details, name and vehicle registration so you can be sure you are getting in the correct vehicle.
In addition to that, if you are booking on behalf of a vulnerable passenger such as a your children or an elderly relative, the system is also able to send updated to the booker to allow them to monitor the progress of the job. If you require such updates, please let us know when booking.
